Added a fanzine search page.

Redesigned site is unveiled...and looks exactly like the old one. But behind the scenes the site is written using PHP and a MySQL backend. Thanks to Rat Pfink for hosting the new site and for his advice...if I'd listened to it sooner the months-long downtime would've been reduced considerably, but that's the way it goes.

    1. Added a "blurb" column in the compilation title search screen.

    2. Changed the "As" column to "Was" and switched the contents of the Song Title and Was columns so the former more accurately reflects the album cover. 

    3. Reset "was," "version" and "recorded" columns so they always appear, mainly because I couldn't overcome some odd formatting behavior.

    4. Added a button to access reviews from the initial compilation title search page.

    5. Added site dedication to Greg Shaw.

    2. Added "site speed" radio buttons on the Intro page so dial-up users can speed things up

    3. The "as," "version" and "recorded" columns will only appear when they have content.
